PROPOSAL Inquiry (采购产品): PROPOSAL Dear Sir, I have invented an improved version of the “Motive Power Generating Device”, U.S. Patent Number 5436518; and I believe that this improved version can help your firm reduce its carbon emission, its energy cost, and its dependence on oil. The prior version, as revealed in the patent, uses only magnetic attraction to set and keep its rotor in motion; and its coefficient of performance is 3.18, i.e., it can take in 19.55 Watts of electrical power at 17 volts and 1.15 amperes, and give out 62.16 Watts at 5.94 Nm and 1.66 rev/sec. The improved version uses both magnetic attraction and repulsion forces to set and keep its rotor in motion; and its coefficient of performance is 7102, i.e., it can take in 63.13 Watts of electrical power at 63.63 volts and 0.97 amperes, and give out 108 Kilowatts at 129 Nm and 134 rev/sec. In addition, its power output is equal to (4HB2R2/μ0)( σ/ρR2)1/2 Watts, where H, B R, ρ, and σ are respectively the height, the magnetic induction, the radius, the density, and the maximum tensile strength of its rotor; μ0 = 4π X 10-7 H/m. To put finishing touches to this improved version, I would need twenty-five anisotropic flexible rubber magnets, i.e., polymer bonded ferrite magnets, with these specifications: 1) Dimensions: a) Length= 15 CM, b) Width= 15 CM, c) Thickness= 0.5 CM; 2) Magnetization: magnetized axially with one pole on each flat surface; 3) Residual induction (Br): 0.24 – 0.261 teslas; 4) Coercive Force ( Hc): 2000 – 2200 Oersteds; 5) Intrinsic Coercive Force ( Hci): 2400 – 3800 Oersteds; 6) Maximum Energy Product (BH): 132 – 1.58 MG Oe; 7) Hardness: 45 – 50 SHA; 8) Density: 3600 – 3800 Kg/m3. All the manufacturers I have contacted to provide me with these magnets want me to buy the magnets in large quantities (and I can not afford it). Besides, they want me to provide forwarding addresses in their own countries.
