Inquiry (采购产品): Questions about FX23A kiln Dear Cress Kilns, Approximately 11 years ago, I purchased an FX23A kiln from your company. The particulars for my kiln are: Serial #9806, 220 VAC, 26.9 AMPS. I purchased this kiln prior to moving to Australia. And 11 years long later, I've finally purchased my own home. In preparation for setting up my ceramic firing studio, I need to have the plug in cord on this kiln rewired to match Australian electrical standards. Two of the electricians whom I contacted wanted to know the "Hertz" for this model kiln. And I've been unable to locate any information on the "hertz" for this model kiln in the information package that I have. If you could please provide the "hertz" as well as any other electrical related information that I will need to get my kiln properly operating here in Australia, I would be most grateful.
