Inquiry (采购产品): vacuum oven We are the largest electroplating plant in Mexico City and we are looking for a vacuum, inert or reducing atmosphere oven, for a batch process. We need to heat treat some Electroless Nickel Plated parts to increase hardness for 1 hour @ 400oC. It’s recommended to use one of the above atmosphere ovens to prevent surface oxidation and discoloration of the coating. Parts are 1.4 kg (3.10 Lb) and we’d like to bake between 300 to 600 parts per batch. Approximate outside size would be; 60” wide X 66” long x 74” high. We’d prefer gas fired (natural gas) and electricity here is 110/220V. We could also study the possibility of a used oven for this application.
