Inquiry (采购产品): Handling machines for Vitrified Clay Pipes We are an upcoming Vitrified Clay pipe plant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We need Automatic Handling machines. Following is the equipment foreseen for handling of the pipes: CLAY PIPE LINE -1 ( 200 MMM DIAMETER) SECTION - CUTTING AND LOADING WET MATERIAL No 1 back support fo pipe spigot forming, support is arranged for al spigot dies assembly. Made in steel framework with an iron sheet plate, hydraulic cylinder for counter thrust and vertical guide post. Supports for product holding during extrusion. No 1 Horizontal wire cutter machine for clay pipe cut at nominal height, cmposed with rotating bow on fifth wheel assembled on buck support. No 1 Pipe spigot cutting system, composed with rotating bow on fifth wheel and baldes for internal incision. This system is installed under buck support. No 1 Orthogonal robot to unload and transfer the wet pieces from the vertical extruder to Face Machine and to load on dryer cars, complete with supporting catwalk equipped with gripping unit with feeding sucker. No 1 Face machine that will work in pipe extremities in following way: Botom side - Will engrave a waste section useful to absorb deformations during drying and firing cycle; Spigot side - deburring and finishing. SECTION - UNLOADING, GLAZING AND SETTING DRIER MATERIAL Under mentioned equipment will have to designed for handling a production of 100,000 tons per year. No 1 Gripping unit to unload and transfer the dried pieces from the dryer car to paraffin dipping tanks, glaze dipping tanks and following deposit of the whole dryer car laod on a platform composed of: - Load bearing structure with column and runways with rails - Gripper holding car, with mechanical lifting and transfer units - Gripping unit equipped with set of expansion pickup units No 1 The above structure will support another Gripping unit for transfer from deposit platform to the belt conveyor to keep the dried pipes in single rows and the belt conveyor carries the pipes to setting Gripper, composed of - Load bearing structure in common with the above gripping unit - Gripper holding car wigth mechanical lifting and transfer units. - Gripping unit equipped with set of expansion pickup units for the handling of pipes row by row. No 1 Setting belt conveyor for the accumulation of the glazed material and sending them to feeding of kiln cars loading zone. No 1 Gripping unit to transfer and load the rows of dried pipes from the programming belt conveyor on the kiln car, composed by: - Load bearing structure with columns and runways with rails; - Gripper holding car, with mechanical lifting and transfer units - Gripping unit equipped with set of expansion pick up units. SECTION - UNSETTING AND PACKAGING No 1 Gripping unit to unload and transfer fired product from kiln car to overturn system on sorting line, composed by: - Load bearing structure with columns and runways with rails - Gripper holding car, with mechanical lifting and transfer units - Gripping unit equipped with adjustable forks. No 1 Overturn system on sorting line composed by mobile bench with pipes supports and hydraulic overturning system. No 1 Set of chain conveyors systems that feeds products on waste section separation (manual operation by the operator), linearity checking and sorting. No 1 Sorting post equipped with manual pneumatic lifting bench on fifth wheel for helping the operator during sorting work. No 1 Linearity checking post equipped with pneumatic lifting bench, product rotating system and sensors for linearity checking. No 1 Automatic refuse system from linearity checking post and sorting post equipped with lifting fork and inclined bench. No 1 Set of chain conveyors that feed products to primer spray zone and following pick up zone from the orthogonal robot. No 1 Primer spray post equipped with automatic pneumatic lifting bench, product rotating system. No 1 Orthogonal robots for product transfer from storage line to the two polyurethane lip seal cast stations, complete with supporting catwalk, equipped with: - Gripping unit with feeding sucker and product support systems. No 1 Polyurathene lip seal cast stations, equipped with: - Steel frame work on fifth wheel - Set of product housings with lock systems and polyurethene lip seal cast mould supports. Every housing will have facility to rotate during casting phase. - No 1 rotating system for product rotation during casting phase. - No 1 rotating system for polyurethene lip seal cast station. No 1 Orthogonal robot for product pickup from polyurethene lip seal cast station and pack realization, complete with supporting catwalk, equipped with gripping unit with feeding sucker and product support systems. Please note that similar handling system lineup is foreseen for the second line which produces pipe diameters from 200 mm and up to 700 mm and higher.
