Request for proposal Inquiry (采购产品): Request for proposal Hello: In our medical device manufacturing operations, we have a packaging operation that we are looking forward to automate. Our two highest volume products are medical device accessories that are packaged into blister packages, later are sterilized, and then packaged into boxes with literature inserts. The first process is sterile area packaging inside a class 10,000 clean room. Product A contains two small wrenches that need to be oriented and placed inside a custom shaped blister tray package of about 2.5” x 5.5”. Product B consists of an assortment of small wrenches, hex wrenches and set screws, that are packaged into a small plastic bag (with small holes), the bag is then folded shut and taped with a custom size tape piece; the sealed bag is then inserted into a blister tray package of about 2.5” x 5.5”. The blister trays are then heat sealed with a tyvek lid. The products are ETO sterilized before proceeding with final packaging. Final packaging consists of a common box in with the blister tray specified above fits along with a literature inserts (paper manual, info cards, labels, etc.). Both products volume is about 1,000 packages per day. As for budget, we have a corporate requirement of cost reduction on our operating expenses, budget allocation is determined based on ROI and payback. Our intent now is to have a proposal from your company to demonstrate feasibility of the project to our management.
