Inquiry (采购产品): Basic Resin For Solder Paste I am working on a project to develop a solder paste with a basic water soluble flux chemistry that I need to encapsulate within a resin that has a basic chemistry (due to the nature of the flux chemistry). Typical rosin/resin chemistries for solder paste are usually acidic (like the flux chemistry for such solder paste). After heating and solder reflow the resin must turn to a hard, non-water soluble coating on the solidified solder.
