Unisource Shanghai Co., Ltd specializes on fabrication of Polyimide Film. Our products are sold in Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and other countries and districts. Our PI and PI-S film target to temperature sensitive industrial customer, such as hi-temperature pressure –sensitive electrical tape at 300℃. Hi-temperature resistance is always an important and hard-to-attain characteristic and parameter in Chinese local PI Film manufacturers, we are the only one who can produce hi-temperature PI Film in China. After detailed testing by Momentive Performance Materials (Momentive Performance Materials was created from the sale of GE Advanced Materials to Apollo Management, L.P. in December 2006), our PI film is no warping under 300℃-350℃ in 1 hour and could be coated with their 300℃ high-temperature silicon PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) acquiring high temperature performance of final tape, furthermore, our PI-S Film is no warping under 500℃ for 1 hour, still flat like a piece of paper. We believe that is one of our technical advantages that few suppliers can attain. So far, some of our customers have already started to use our PI and PI-S film instead of Kapton Film in many product applications. As a material provider, Unisource Polyimide Film has been widely applied as super electrical insulation material in various industries, such as micro-electronics, electrical parts, acoustic part and solar energy. Most of our appliances are certified by a lot of well-known global companies in Asia and Europe.
