Inquiry (采购产品): Water Baths in for Repair Good Morning! I sent in two water baths with controller boxes on the 17th. I spoke with Matt on the following Wednesday and was told I would receive a call that Friday regarding the status/cost of having the controller boxes repaired or replaced on those two baths. I have not received word from anyone yet regarding these and am now entering a second week without my supplies. I was told initially that this process should only take a few days and as your website states “Parts are generally in stock and turnaround is 2 days plus time in transit.” I understand that these boxes are in rough shape and may take longer than had previously expected.
