Inquiry (采购产品): fermentation tank Dear sir, We would like to set up a new factory to manufacture our food product at China. We come across your website and we think you are the professional in this line, we need you to design a salted & fermentation tank(40 tons) with transfer system to upgrade the traditional style ,our product is salt vegetable( chinese words call ("zha cai''). The traditional process are as follow: Fresh vegetable (zha cai) put inside the pit by layer with salt(fermentation), after 3-7 days,remove the vegetable,water and wash the pit, continue the process to do second fermentation untill 14 days,remove the vegetable,water and wash the pit again,and than do the same and last process to fermentation around 40 days(work done,send to production department).Please let us have your idea and design which we need to produce 2000-5000 tons per month, kindly let us have your layout plan and quotation as soon as possible.
