Inquiry (采购产品): Anodes I need 21 anodes that meet the following spec. If you can supply these anodes would you give me a quote FOB Puget Sound Shipyard Bremerton Standards ASTM B 418 (2006) Standard Specification for Cast and Wrought Galvanic Zinc Anodes Galvanic Anodes Puck-shaped, pre-manufactured, approximately 2.5” in diameter by 1.1” high. Each anode shall contain more than 100 grams of zinc metal, in compliance with ASTM B 418 Type I, around a pair of bright annealed steel tie wires in compliance with bright annealed ASTM A 82/A 82M and encased in a highly alkaline cementitious shell with a ph of 14 or greater. The cementitious shell shall contain no chlorides or other corrosive constituents in accordance with ACI 222R. Anodes shall be supplied with integral tie wires for tying to the reinforcing steel. Galvanic Anode Installation a. Galvanic anodes shall be installed as described below. b. Provide sufficient clearance between anodes and substrate to allow repair material to encase anode. c. Attach an anode to every other transverse (#9) bar. Secure the galvanic anodes as close as possible to the patch edge using the anode tie wires. Wrap the tie wires around exposed and cleaned transverse reinforcing steel. Twist tie wires tight to allow little or no free movement. d. The resistivity of the repair concrete is assumed to be above 15,000 ohm-centimeters. Embed the anodes in individual pockets of low resistivity embedding mortar, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. e. Electrical Continuity 1. Confirm electrical connection between anode tie wire and reinforcing steel by measuring DC resistance (ohm) with a multi-meter. 2. Electrical continuity is acceptable if the DC resistance measured with the multi-meter is less than 1 (one) ohm. **** Hidden Message ***** Ron Richard 98409 USA Company: Saybr Title: Quality Control Officer E-mail: rrichard@saybr.com **** Hidden Message ***** rrichard@saybr.com
