Inquiry (采购产品): Application Dear Sir, We are a heating elements manufacturer company located in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. One of our process is the forming of the stainless steel tube. One operation in the forming machine is to weld the strip joint in order to complete the round tube. We have received a customer complain due to the corrosion of the tube, so we believe that it is because we are not sanding correctly around the tube. We have a belt sander machine in order to eliminate the burns after the weld and make a full sand around the tube, but it doesn't have the capacity that we require and it is completely manual. We actually use a sandpaper type 600. Stainles steel strip is received as a coil. We produce tubes of different diameter and length.
