The tortoise and hare system seems to have been bypassed and our driver has been cited with speeding. Please let me know if this is common or a default built into the system to keep it going. We need this cart badly to haul CNC tool holders around our facility at less than 5 mph but not have to wait forever to get up to 4 mph. Please let me know what you can do.
