The first 3 years of service I operated Press Breaks and ran production. I became the top production employee at Noble Industries, where my production rates exceeded any and all expectations. I moved into setting and programming the machines, shortly becoming one of the best and most efficient tool and die setters, earning the position of Team Leader of Press Break Line. The courses taken through Vincennes University were through Noble Industries. The classes all pertaining to metal fabrication. Including Industrial Math, Blueprint Reading, Metrology, Metallurgy, and others. All courses completed with A-B grades. Although completed, no degree earned, however, college accredited. I am very anxious to re-enter a Factory and or Shop. I enjoy running production and strive to be the best in performance. I am very dependable, punctual, and available. I am an outgoing person who works well with others, I have a strong presence and possess leadership qualities. I will make a great addition to this company.
