Inquiry (采购产品): Core Hi.I have attached 2 photos of a part with Yamada written on it. I write to you because, I work at a workshop where we repair helicopters and airplanes. In April we send a core back to Robinson Helicopter Company in California. Last week they send us the part you see on the attached pictures. They claim that we send them this part instead of a core for a hydraulic servo. The problem is that we do not know anything about the Yamada part. We have never had a part like this in our workshop. We do not even know if it is for an airplane ??? Robinson claims that the Yamada part was in the box we send, but I am sure that we did send the servo. Is it possible for you to see what the part on the pictures is for ? Have you heard from any of your customers that is missing a part like this ? I am trying to find out if our servo was misplaced by the customs or something like that. Our core is worth 5.100,- $, that is why I would like to find it.
