Inquiry (采购产品): Inline Inspection I am an engineer working with Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. I am looking for an inline defect inspection solution for our roll to roll solar cell manufacturing process. I would like the system to be able to detect particle defects on the web as low as 1um. We use a 50um polyimide substrate with molybdenum, CIGS, CdS and TCO. I think that a dark-field inspection approach would work quite well.
