Inquiry (采购产品): Complaint regarding Cust.Svs. for To a Mgr, V.P, President I was referred from home depot to your customer svs person Marie @ 8008318383, ext-137 on 8/14/09, she was supposed to send me a part for my flapperless toilet, she never has; and has refused to return my many voice mail calls i've left for her along with my email address. this is TERRIBLE customer svs and I will never purchase one of your products again and will inform all my associates. She needs to be addressed no matter how good she may be. I also s/w cust.svs. on 8/19 in the a.m. and the girl was walking over my call and concern to Marie to have her call me and discuss, no call back received. I've been in businees for 30 plus years and even if I couldn't help I returned all calls left for me.
