Project: The robberies are stolen the solar panels of the Base Station of Telecoomunications that have installed in all territory of Peru. Actually we have 180 units "BST", each one have own solar panel but are being stolen, so Communication systems of telephony of towns are down. For that reason is very important to install in each "BST" wind turbine for replace the solar panel. We have defined the wind turbine to install ......but not a System Control of Supervisor Control Center for know all time the voltage of wind turbine +48VDC and the voltage and current of the battery bank, and maybe other data like I/O, video, audio but not extremously necessary in the control center. Already have installed an E1 circuit (Radio Communications) for the 1 st Pilot Plan; located in the North of Peru a province of the Department of Piura. For transmit the readings of data, the link E1 have 40 km between the BST and the Control Center, actually ready for work. We need to know how the following issues: 1- Let me know about the transducers for read voltages DC and current that you will offer for this project. 2- Save the data in the control center 3- Receive data in the server by period pulling and if is possible configure it from some kind software installed in the server of the control Center. 4- Additional we would like to install a PTZ dome High speed let me know if is possible to send data of video and audio Bidireccional to the control center and control the movements of the High Dome PTZ. 5- Let me know about the Database that u will use. 6- Is possible that u send me a demo of your software. 7- Time of dispatch to us the transducers 8- Cost of all electronics devices and Software control of supervisory. Resume: Please send me the info of the device like transducers required for make the readings of voltage and current of the wind turbine and equipment for transmit this data, this equipment will be connected to the E1 circuit already installed. And let me know if you have software that make the pulling of each BST for receive in the database the readings data of voltages DC and current of wind generator and battery bank.
