I am trying to get a quote for the following government requirement: Quantity of Two (2) Explosion proof/dust ignition proof, dustless aircraft vacuum sanding kits. Sanders include HEPA explosion proof/dust ignition proof, single venturi air-operated for dry recovery only, 50 cfm and 80" of water lift@ 80 psi and 15 cfm on a 0.5" air supply line (no downsizing), a system for the corrosion control point of generation duct control for the recovery of strontium, lead, zinc, barium, cadmium and other toxic and nuisance dusts during sanding and corrosion control. Kits contain HEPA filters, washable main cloth assembly, filter bags, stainless steel recovery tank, shoulder straps, 10' static dispersion and grounded suction/airline, adapto for tools, protector pads, various tools, hose protector sleeve, water tight carrying case with FOD foam cutouts, sander pad removal key/tool.
