Slight spots the same as those on the sample and a few discrete bubbles as small as a needle point are permissible on smoked sheet, but not stain, rusts, sand, internally sticky blisters and foreign matter. Besides smoked sheets shall also be free from oxide spots and mottels, and shall not be under -smoked, over -smoked scorched, fragile and lustreless. Natural rubber shall be baled with mildew-free dirtless smoked sheets. Othe outside of each bale very few dry midew marks are permissible, but midew shall not penetrate inside of the bale.
