Inquiry (采购产品): Mezzanine Platform The MoI Repair Parts Director possesses 2 warehouses that are identical 100m x 20m Quonset hut facilities. The mezzanines will be centered in the warehouse with dimensions of 88m x 15m, leaving approximately, 6m on both ends to provide vehicle and forklift access. The structural rack system will extend to both ends of the mezzanine, 85m, running in 4 parallel rows 8' high with 2 rows back-to-back in the center and the remaining 2 spaced 4' away on either side. The mezzanine and rack system must be capable of providing high weight capacity storage, 125lbs. Per square foot at L/240 deflection meeting all U. S. Building codes. 1. Mezzanine: The Mezzanine platform will serve as a second level for storage and structural rack system. The mezzanine supports must be spaced appropriately to permit a forklift to traverse under it and maneuver between a structural rack system that will be erected in 4 parallel rows on the floor. The mezzanine sitting centered within the warehouse is negotiable in regards to the base floor structural rack system. Additionally, the mezzanine must have a clearance of 12' to allow for forklift operation on an 8' shelf under it. The design must be pre-engineered for easy bolt together assembly. The mezzanine should measure 88m long x 15m wide. A safety railing with a height of 42 should be installed on the platform along the front and back ends. The railing should also include a swinging gate on both ends that can be opened to allow movement of pallets by forklift. Stairs must be attached at both ends of the mezzanine. The stairs will be constructed of the same metal as the mezzanine. The stairs will be compact in that that a landing will be mid-level, see Figure 1 & 2. The capacity of the mezzanines must meet or exceed 125lbs. Per square foot at L/240 deflection meeting all U.S. Building codes. 2. Structural rack system: The structural rack system should be fabricated from structural steel components, see Figure 3. The structural rack system will extend to both ends of the mezzanine, running in 4 parallel rows. Each row will be approximately 70m x 1.2m, 8' high. The rows will be placed with 2 rows back-to-back in the center of the mezzanine and the remaining 2 spaced 4' away on either side. The design should be pre-engineered for easy bolt together assembly. The upright beams of the structural rack system will provide adjustability at 2 increments for the shelves. The Structural rack system should have the capacity to store two pallets side by side in each section that will be at least 9 ft wide. The Structural Rack System components to be furnished are preferred to be powder coated blue and red for a longer lasting, durable finish. Weight bearing requirements should be 24,000 lbs per upright and 6,000 lbs per pair of crossbeams.
