Production line equipments:: Mixer,Extruder,Cooling belt or Colling band, grinder. Raw material is mixed with hardner other plastic pigments in mixer. that mixing material trasfered into hopper of extruder. Mixed material is melted and kneaded in extruder and extruded material pass through cold roller on cooling belt or band. its make tiny chips or pigments. That chips transfered into grinder to make fine powder particle size from 5 micrometer to 80 micrometer.
