Inquiry (采购产品): furnace question Hi, I'm hoping that I've stumbled upon the correct website. My furnace has been causing me some problems lately, I'll turn on the hot water in the kitchen and it won't be hot. I'll go down to check the furnace and it's only at 70 degrees. I followed all the pipes and wires and I've narrowed it down to what I believe is a relay. It's a blue box that says Columbus Electric on it. I believe it's a relay, MR10AA SN C0010215. If I give the box a tap or two, the furnace kicks on. I'm wondering if parts are available for this?
