The issue is to install the flexible expansion joints in both suction and discharge pump flanges to isolate the piping configuration problems than the pump. The following data maybe help you to submit the proper joints The pump in/outlet is 12 flange The piping to/from the pump is 16 pipeline The working discharge pressure is 105 Bar @ 120 oC The suction pressure is 7 Bar The min/max flow rate 300/700 M3/Hr.
