So, there is More Water than Oil Is it possible to remove the 1% Oil from the Coconut Water? In the United States, the machine is called as Purifier Centrifuge as there is more water (99%) than oil (1%) and not more oil than water I think the equivalent model of Alfa Laval is the 2-phase ALFA LAVAL Model CRPS or KPRX The normal coconut water inlet temperature is 25 to 30 deg C. However we have the option to raise the temperature to 70 to 80 deg C if needed (as per our experience) Coconut water has the following characteristics: Brix level : 4 to 5.5 degree ( of which it include the fat content of the coconut water) Fat Content is 0.08% - 1 % . Fat is suspended in the water (It is not floating on the surface). It is in emulsion state at normal or ambient temperature.
