The clock hands should be of stainless steel axis and the pointer tip should be able to glow in the dark. Preferably, the clock movement should operate on 1 AA battery in absolute silence without any ticking noise. What have been stated above are my very own expected specifications, however it is not mandatory. Other specifications can be consider too.
