PP and PET Extrusion line Inquiry (采购产品): PP and PET Extrusion line Dear Sirs; We are a Turkish company dealing with thermoforming. We are intending to buy two extrusion lines. One for PP, one for PET. You can find our targeted specs as below; 1) PP Extruder Capacity : 400 kg net per hour Motor : AC, variable speed control. Energy : 380 V, AC 3 Phase Vacuum hole in screw : Yes Gear Pump : Yes (it is must.) Screen changer : Hydrolic Die : 900 mm useful width. (Adjustable lip (manuel)) Thickness : 0,2 mm - 0,9 mm Calender : 3 rolls, independent speed control (we prefer servo) Self cooling stage : Yes, minimum 6 meter long with small rolls. Edge knives : Yes, 4 pieces at the cutter row. Scrap winder : Yes, 2 pieces at the sides. Winding : Yes, with 2 rolls Antistatic bars : Yes, at the minimum 2 times. 2) PET extruder Capacity : 500 kg net per hour Crystallisation Unit : Yes (Capacity will be in accordance with the extrusion line) Motor : AC, variable speed control.
