(Aimed to be distributed to Destitute Homes and Motherless Homes) within a period of one year. The Tender is only open for Foreign suppliers and Manufacturers to participate in, therefore kindly confirm back if your Company is well capable and interested to Bid in the Contract supply of 2,000,000 units of Various types of Non Branded and Branded Laptops to Humanitarian Without Borders. Note that Humanitarian Without Borders HWB is a Non Governmental Organization under the umbrella of United Nation to which the supply will be delivered to their west African Arm in Lome and the product will be distributed to the motherless homes and Hospitals, to which our company Branch was able to secure permit to participate as a local representative for any foreign supplier/manufacture that will agree to work with us. Contract Duration is 3 years for the awarded company to complete total supply of the contract value of 2,000,000 units. Therefore we shall like you to confirm back if your Company is interested to participate in the Tender Bidding with the Humanitarian Without Borders HWB., so that we may send our Company Inc operation Certificate and letter of recommendation for your to submit to them along with your price quotation for the selected product for their evaluations. Also note that we shall entitle to 1.% commission if your Company is awarded the Contract by the Humanitarian Without Borders HWB., therefore you have to include our commission in your price quotation to them which at the same time must be competitive as other foreign Company are sending their own quotations as well.
