Inquiry (采购产品): BGA rework station We are looking for a ce approved BGA rework station with split vision, placement system can be semi automatic. The vision system should be able to link to a PC so we can vieuw picture on pc screen instead of a small LCD screen but we are also open for offers with lcd screen. Infra red would be great but hot air is maybe cheaper.
