We only accept companies that accept third party payments, Bank Tranfer payment and in some cases accept to do a Contract that shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration (if we think necessary during the negotiations). We only accept Express deliveries by plane. The price lists submitted us should include the transport costs, custom costs, taxes, etc. Please cote with the transport cost (Express delivery by plane) for deliver in Portugal.
