Technical Specifications 1. TRANSFORMERS 1.1. General technical conditions I. STANDARDS The equipments shall comply with this specification and the following standards: - IEC 60076 : power transformer, Or - ANSI/IEEE C 57.12.90: Test code for liquid immersed distribution power and regulating transformer - ANSI/IEEE C 57.12.80: Power and Distribution transformer - ANSI/IEEE C 57.12.00: Liquid-immersed distribution Power and regulating transformer, II. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS - Average ambient temperature for year: 25 - Minimum ambient temperature: +10 - Altitude: 2000 m - Pollution level: I (according to IEC 60815) Bushing - Bushings could be porcelain or silicone rubber type. If silicone type proposed, 5000-hour aging tests referring to IEC 61109 shall be attached to the technical proposal - All bushings shall be waterproof. - The nominal creepage distance of bushings shall not be less than 280 mm. - HV Terminals shall be designed to receive all sizes of conductors from 34.4 mm up to 54.6 mm, for Aluminium Alloy (AAAC) and Aluminium (in ACSR conductor type) - LV bushings should be equipped with lugs accepting copper and Aluminum conductor - The diameter of the threaded rod of HTA bushings should be equal to 12 mm Accessories a) Fixation: The transformer is designed for pole mounting; the mounting system of the transformer must be adaptable to structure. b) Lifting hooks The lifting hooks shall be placed so that when lifting the transformer, lifting sling remains far from the bushing. c) Painting Protection against corrosion of the tank and other metal accessories shall be ensured by a protective coating on the basis of ISO 12944. d) Nameplate Every transformer must be equipped with a name plate with all information us specified in referring standard. e) Tap changer The transformers shall be equipped with an externally operated off-load tap changer on the high voltage winding. The tapping range shall be in three position minimum -5%, 0, +5% f) Surge arrestors Every transformers shall be supplied with MV no gap surge arrestors per transformer phase. The surge arrestors shall be supplied with mounting brackets and connection leads.
