Following the European laws the user's manual must include a high number of warning hints and specifications in addition to the obligatory information about the use of the product - Warning hints must also be printed onto the protective plastic polybag into which the unit must be placed before it is put into the gift box. The plastic bags must be punched in order to avoid suffocation or other injuries. - Following the laws of the European Union we have to supply our customers with spare parts and/or spare units of 1% of the goods value - Our quality management requires two pre-production samples and a shipping sample.
