Rail from China Inquiry (采购产品): Rail from China We are looking for 75 Lbs A rails as per Specification No. BS 11: 1985, quantity is 3,600 M/Tons. Registration copy as a manufacturer of Rails with Chinese Authority. 2. Authorization letter from the manufacture favouring M/s. Hamid Corporation, 40/41, South Pahartali, Fatehabad, Hathazari, Chittagong & addressing to Chief Cornroller of Stores, Bangladesh Railway, Pahartali,Chittagong by mentioning tender no. P7/D1/1/2010/R,dt.04/10/2010 on the top as subject .(IPls send some blank pad of Manufacturer,so we can use it if necessary). 3. Yearly Minimum 25,000 M/Tons Production Capasity Records/ Certificate/Docunents of the manufacturer. 5. Minimum 5 years Supply records(L/C copy or Agreement) of minimum USD20 Lacs/Lakhs(Single/one supply) to Chinese Railway or Foreign Company. 7. Actual CFR/ Chittagong Price(FOB + Freight) for our future record & price should be valid for 120 days. 8. Valid ISO Certificate Copy & other certificates if any. 9. Appreciation/Performance Certificate Copy issued by the user of the manufacturer for supplied Rails to local & Foreign Railways. 10. Catalogue, Leaftels & others if any. 11. Mamorandum/ Articals of Association if any. 12. The manufacturer should have a minimum 5 years records for specific Rail supply experience to any Railway at home & abroad( Last 5 Years L/C copy or Supply record). 13. If you are supplier, we need a agency letter/authority letter from the manufacturer in favour of your company. Sir, your offer must be valied for 120 days.
