We have a requirement of the following machine:<BR>1. Rigid PVC Pelletising Line: The machine should be a twin-screw extruder with an output of 350kg/hr. It should have a die face cutter in front of the extruder to cut the pellets. <BR>We also require the following things.<BR>Conveying System to convey dry blend to hopper of the extruder<BR>The system to convey the granules from the extruder to the silo.<BR>We wanted to know whether the twin screw extruder suggested by you can take high levels of<BR>fillers as shown in the formula below<BR>Formula<BR>PVC Resin - 100 kg<BR>Calcium carbonate (filler) - 70 kg<BR>Stabiliser - 3.6 kg<BR>Lubricant - 1.5 kg<BR>Impact Modifier - 4 kg<BR>We understand that if we use a conical screw then the life of the screw is less & it cannot<BR>take high levels of filler loading<BR>In comparsion to conical screw , parrell screw is better as the life is longer than conical<BR>We require you to give us a total technical detail along with the prices of the above machine.
