多晶硅求购信息 原信如下： Date: 10/04/2006 Subject: polysilicon Message: Dear Sirs. From our partners we learned about your company being trusted and liable one. We are Ukrainian based company that currently imports manufactured products. One of our partners asked us to supply them with Polysilicon. And now we would like to turn to you with the request of supplying of Polycristal Silicon from your company. Please, tell us if you can supply us with the Polysilicon with the following specifications: Polysilicon - purity is not lower than 99, 9999% The contents of donor impurity (P, As, Sb) - max 300 ppta The contents of akceptor impurity (B, Al) - max 100 ppta Carbon concentration - max 250 ppba Typical concentration of impurity - max 2 ppbw Quantity: for a beginning we need up to 10MT of mentioned above material. Delivery time: November 2006 If you can supply us with the material with specifications mentioned above, please, give us your offer at DDU Kiev or CIF Odessa or other basis according to Incoterms 2000. If you cannot supply us with the material with the specifications mentioned above, please give us your offer for the grade or grades of Polysilicon you can supply us with.
