Metal Stamping We are an agent for major stamping manufacturers here in the US who are interested in working with suppliers in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We have two very big projects. They are GM housings. We have two different materials. One is made of 1008/1010 carbon steeel. The other is 304L stainless steel. These parts are to be made with a lubricant that has a rust-inhibitor in the lubricants so they do not rust during shipment. The stainless steel housings must also have the same type of lubricant. One with a rust inhibitor in the drawing lubricant. The packaging must be large Gaylord boxes that are typically 48" x 48" and on a standard wooden pallet and 3 feet in height. The box should be lined with a plastic liner and closed and shrink-wrapped properly. The q'ty for 1008/1010 is 6.5M/year and release every quarter. The q'ty for 304L stainless steel is 2.5M/year and release every quarter too. If you can make it, please contact me. I will send you drawing.
