We have two interests. 1. We will purchase a supply contract (10,000 MT's) of Coking Coal on an FOB basis as well as on a CIF Basis (Unloading ports to be announced.) We will consider supply from all regions and and countries. We are also interested in purchasing an active producing mining operation of Coking Coal. We will only deal directly with the Producer of Coking coal. However we will respect and honor intermediary efforts and protect their finders fee upon the successful conclusion of a purchase.
