Materials Used With our specialized technicians, we produce all types of: Nappas: In Sheep, goat, cow, in resin finish, semi-analine finish, drum dyed waxy finish. Nubucks: In cow & buff, oily finish, oily pull ups. Dry Milled: In cow, with resin finish, drum dyed waxy finish. Dry Milled: In cow with resin- finish, drum dyed waxy finish, ruboff ( used look ) finish, washed finish Suedes: In goat with semi- chrome finish Splits: In cow and bufflo Infrastructure Within a short span of time, the organisation has not only successfully managed the technical, regulatory and financial complexity of the leather market but also set a benchmark for growth and success. The factory has 65 machines and the comapny has a capacity of manufacturing 7000 garments per month. Quality In order to manage the quality, we use the best leather and inputs depending upon the buyer's requirements. In our factory, we have three stage system to ensure good quality of our products. The finished leather is checked at every stage before it is cut. Then at each point of fabrication, we have supervisors to inspect the quality of stitching. At the final stage, the products are physically inspected before being packed in P.P. bags & corrugated boxes.
