LNG, D2, JP54, CRUDE OIL I have two buyers. Buyer #1 LNG 300,000 MT per month X 12 or longer Buyer #2 D2 diesel 100,000+ MT per month X 12 or longer My buyer is very serious and eager to issue LOI to a genuine, capable seller/supplier, but before LOI to be issued my buyer would like to see your mandateship certificate. If it is not certificate, it is a mandateship letter appointed you as a seller mandate by a seller/refinery/oil company, it would be just fine as long as this appointed letter must have seller's company letter head, signed, sealed and possibly included passport # of the person that authorized you as seller mandate. Once you have proven us you're a genuine seller mandate, then we can proceed without any hesitation. Please also send me SCO. NCNDA MUST BE IN PLACE FIRST, BEFORE WE SEND YOU LOI/ICPO.
