The Ontario Clean Water Agency seeks the supply of Ferrous Chloride, Ferric Chloride and Ferric Sulphate delivery in bulk to OCWA facilities as listed in Schedule A. OCWA anticipates having a 3-year firm price (2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14) with one or more suppliers for partial or total requirements of the business. The contract commences on Sep 1, 2011 and may extend for an additional of a 2-year term upon mutual acceptance. Price must include chemical, freight and FOB to operation sites as well as two hours of off-loading the product.
