This is a request for a supplier of a very high quality, high reliability AC gearmotor. The motor must provide a minimum of 1.6 Nm starting torque at 250+/- 15 rpm while operating on 110VAC-60Hz. It must also operate on 50Hz, but naturally the speed will be less. The motor must not be noisy, not get so hot it cannot be touched, must be long lasting, and must be able to run continuously. The gearmotor must have high quality bearings which can stand large radial loading. The shaft of the gearbox must exit at 15mm diameter and be 31mm in length with a keyslot, and the shaft must be located on bolt pattern according to the drawing. If a run or start capacitor is needed, it must be attached to the motor on the side according to the drawing. The total length of the motor and gearbox housing cannot be more than 138mm.
