Hello, I would like quotes on how this plastic product may be economically fabricated. I have attached a drawing of the product design and dimensions. The product may be hollowed but each "tip" at the ends must be solid to avoid breakage. In layman's terms, we wish the product to be durable as a monopoly game piece. Each "tip" of the product should be able to make a small indentation into a piece of "gypsum board/drywall" to "soft-wood". Each tip should be as sharp as possible but not brittle. The product can be any color. There are no solvents in the environment. There are no heat resistant requirements. I would like a Blow Molding quote for: Material: Polypropylene 1- Aluminum Molding (2 cavities): 100,000+ units @ (cents) ......And also a Blow Molding quote for: Material: Polypropylene 1- Aluminum Molding (4 cavities): I welcome your suggestions.
