I need the fallowing informations; 1- 1- Price per pair FOB CHAINA for, Men, Women, Kids, infant 2- 2- What would be the start and end of sizes for men, women, kids, and infant 3- 3- The sizes should be based on US sizes, and correspondent sizes in UK, AND CM 4- 4- I need a sample of the right or left shoe for each style 5- 5- I need a sample of the right or left shoe cut in half, for each style 6- 6- If it would cost extra for barcode or not 7- 7- I need to have my own Logo on the sole of the shoes 8- 8- What would be the minimum quantity per style per color 9- 9- Price break down based on quantity 10- 10- You need to send me the samples, fright collect Up on receiving the samples, and agreeing on the price and the quality, I will come to China to meet you and your facility in person to finalize the purchase.
