(Not finished product only die cast iron hot plate with machined surface) Total monthly order quantity will be between 50000 and 100000 pcs. They require die casting method used in production. They have their own design. They would like to buy hot plates with machined and protected surfaces but not protected with oil. You can see more details in attached file. Could you please inform me about below subjects as well? - is the production method automated die-casting? - are the prices for machined hotplates? - warranty policy - payment terms (is it 100% T/T or L/C or 30%-70% T/T or what is it?) - packaging details - how will you protect machined surface? (oil is not allowed by the customer but it can be special paint) - do you have any distributor or customer in Turkey? - you should have necessary product certificates such as CE, RoHS etc. and system management certificates such as ISO9001 etc., am I right?
