As we received a well test job order from Egypt and due to the need of reducing the sand quantity in the hydrocarbons flow, I would like to Request to you a quotation about two sand filter screens, considering the following specifications: We will realize a dual pot sand filter equipment for Well Head area, directly connected to the Christmas tree upstream the choke valve; The sand flow quantity is still unknown but a 4" or 5" screen should be suitable to our purpose; The Inner Diameter of the pot is 160mm, so the screen should have an Outer Diameter of 130mm at most; Operating pressure: 69 MPa (10000 psi); Test pressure; 103,5 MPa (15000psi); Differential pressure of the screen (inlet-outlet): at least 50 barg or more; Operating temperature: 121????C (249,8????F); H2S service is required; Gas Flow: 1000000 Sm3/d (about 35 Mscf/d); Liquid flow: 700 m3/d (about 4430 bbl/d); Pot material: AISI 4130 Gr.75k; Screen slot size: 80/100 mesh; The bottom edge of the screen has to be closed, while the top edge has to be strong because we want to joint it (by welding) with a flange, in order to precisely position and tight it on the pot inner side; Compliance with NACE rules is required; As we are in a hurry with this job order (the customer push us daily) I kindly ask to you for a quick reply Thank you in advance for your kind collaboration.
