Tear Drop Package Requirements: Size: 5.5" (w) X 5.5" (h) X 1.5" (d) Printing: 4C+0C Material: Cover 200gsm C2S artpaper extent 1000gsm greyboard inside cover 200gsm C2S artpaper + E-flute Foam(size:2" x 3" x 0.39") thick black lace - hanging from Top (Create 1" gap from bottom to top of lace when hanging) hang tag 400gsm C2S artpaper Finishing Matt lamination and Spot UV on cover Matt lamination on inside cover Diecut a shape and paste tray on cover. Diecut some holes on inside cover and E-flute,diecut two holes on the edge of bottom box. Attach the Foam to the bottom of the E-Flute under the holes Matt Lamination and Spot UV on hang tag Attach hang tag to package with the "thick black lace" used on top of the packaging.
