Dear Jane Enclosed please find our drawing for a ring made of PE HD 1000 60-66 Shore (polyethylene superior quality) The annual demand is 10-40.000 pcs and the item will be ordered in batches 5.000 to 10.000 pcs Test production of 50-100 pcs must be included in the tool costs You must confirm that you are able to follow the drawing exactly. The items must not have any mark or scratches Regarding packing The items must be packed in a plastic back in a gardboard box Box must be marked with our item number and quantity. Please inform about quantity and weight per box enabling us to calculate the freight costs. Regarding the material You must provide us with a data sheet for the material and you must confirm that the material is in accordance with RohS and Reach regulation Together with the test production we want you to add a measuring report of for 5 pcs from each cavity.
