Dear Export Manager, We are searching for a reliable producer of Sodium sulfide suitable for Tanning application for a long term business relationship. Please make an immediate bid to supply 400 MT of sodium sulfide 52% with maximum 35 ppm Fe content suitable for tanning applications.This is the first order out of a 5000 MT per year contract. Conditions for consideration. 1.Production You must be an actual manufacturer producer of this product . (Please do not make us a bid if you are a trader for this item or if you represent another or if you can not meet any of our required items below) . All requirements below must be attached with the offer. a. The producer must provide address and annual manufacturing capacity with his offer . b. Must be able to do private label packing. c. Sometimes we will accept products with the label of the producer at our discretion. D. we will provide instructions for private label and packing. E. All offers must include packing with pallets and shrink packing. F. send photos of your own product and packing . G. give us the name of your own label for this product and attach photos. H. Include a Certificate of analysis of your product for one of your last patches of production. I. give us a date of the last SGS inspection or a third party inspection of your product that took place within the last 12 months if available. 2.Documentation Submitt documentation with your offer including a. manufacturer business license and your registration with ministry of foreign trade. b. ISO certification to produce this item . c. Please attache, a brief history of the company D. A list of its executives , its legal organization if it is private or public and If it is sole ownership or partnership. 3. References we need a list of trade references that we can contact that can attest to the credibility and reliability of your company as a producer.Such references need to include domestic and international contacts. 4. SGS inspection You need to accept SGS or a third party inspection to confirm quality and specification per your presentation 5. Delivery Make a definite shipping date from time of receipt of acceptable purchase order. 6. Price and payment We need CIF price to Santos,Brazil Must be able to work with non transferable Letter of credit at sight from a prime international bank 7. Dual use license Producer must send copies of past dual use license to other customers in the past 12 months. Need to indicate the time it takes to get such a license from time of application 8.Coordination must be able to coordinate our purchasing with our office director in china.
