Specifications of the Mounting Truck 4x4 1. Must be brand new with proper plating, weight and length so that it can hold all parts of the mounted Rig. Also must be capable of working in mountainous, bumpy and muddy areas. The truck shall be of well known international models. 2. The truck engine works by diesel and should be specified for it, with either a hydrous or pneumatic cooling system. The hydraulic steering wheel should be on the left side. The truck must be equipped with one central heating system, at least. 3. Equipped with a rivet for pulling from the front side. Specifications of the Drilling Unit: 1. The drilling engine: works by diesel with a pneumatic cooling system, a suitable drilling capacity of /300m/ with HQ diameter and equipped with a control panel connected to a fuel tank of proper volume. 2. The spindle (drilling head): works hydraulically with a drilling capacity of /300m/ and HQ diameter capable of holding NQ-HQ drilling rods and its spinning speed suitable for all kinds of drilling heads which vary in hardness and appropriate for all situations of the formation. The head should be designed to use only in vertical drilling actions, and capable to penetrate all types of formations. 3. The drilling winch is between /5-7/ tons, equipped with a suitable twist-resistant cable. 4. The wire line core sample recovery unit: works hydraulically and equipped with a hydraulic cable spool of a proper diameter and length 500m. 5. The Rig mast: must be made of a hard steel structure to be 5-7 tons and its length allows to lift two rods of /6/ m (from the top of the drilling head). The mast length is not less than 10m starting from the ground. Wa ter Pump Unit Specifications: 1. Hydraulically operated with a flow rate not less than /120/ m per minute. 2. Suitable for pumping liquids (water, foam and mud) to the depth of 300m by HQ diameter. 3. Equipped with a safety valve, pressure gauges and hoses of suitable lengths for sucking and pumping with easy connect and disconnect joints. The Rig panel should have the access to control and work of the pump to monitor the pressure. General Specifications: 1. The Rig control panel must contain all necessary keys that operate the Rig, besides all counters, pressure gauges and alarms specially designed for the Rig, wire line core sample recovery unit and all kinds of engines. 2. The Rig must be equipped with four hydraulic jacks for stabilizing. 3. All the safety means should be available for the drilling crew. 4. All parts of the Rig should be newly made and designed according to the international standards. 5. The driving cabin must be designed to protect the tableau and the crew from external influences.
