Price : Our end user ( Shell) request two price options as follows 1-1 CIF Qatar and fixed for first six months starting 1/1/2012 thereafter our client Shell will contact you directly to review/agreed on the price every six months based on the index CMAI and ICIS1-2 CIF Qatar and fixed for 5 years starting 1/1/2012 Please provide the two options in your offer and our end user will choose the realistic option 2. Order will be given on monthly basis and price will be changed every six month based on the agreed price with our end user Shell 3. We will cover the clearance, logistic issues, maintain the minimum stock level for Shell (200 MT) in our Doha store and manage stock /delivery with you on behalf of Shell 4. Offer Validity : 180 days (if awarded your supply commitment will be for 5 year and price will be reviewed/agreed with Shell every six months) 5. please provide us your producing capacity per month, your permanent storage capacity and method of supply in which you mention ?Manufacturing locations ?logistic plan to achieve our required Quantity ?delivery schedule to achieve our required Quantity ?The supply backup plan during your factory shut down 6. The QC/QA report, weight certificate should be sent along with all you shipments , if awarded 7. Data technical Sheet and MSDS should be submitted along with your offer. 8. Please keep in mind that as of today, Shell plant is running 30 % of full capacity, the contract should be effective January 2012 with the plant running at 75 % of the full capacity, the full capacity of 100 % is expected by mid of 2012 Looking forward to receive your quote at the earliest.
