The product is made of moulded memory foam, at a density of 50KG/m3, covered by an SEBS thermoplastic elastomer. Its size is approximately 750mm/450mm/80mm.?? We need a partner to manufacture this product for us, with a polythene bag packaging, and deliver it to the UK. We plan to place an order for 10,000 units to begin with. We do not have a ramping up schedule now, but we expect to manufacture this product in large quantities over time. For that reason we are looking for a long-term partner to manufacture this product for us. We are looking for a partner who could quote us a FOB price of approximately $7 per unit for this product.
